One of Melbourne's best known gay-friendly establishments, the Peel doesn't really hit its stride until the early hours.
A horseshoe-shaped bar sits in the centre of this renovated pub, but the real focus of the Peel is the dance floor with its podiums, multitude of lights and smoke machine haze.
At The Peel Dance Bar, you can party til the wee hours with the best dance music each and every night. There are also many drag show performances here. Sunday nights are the Special cocktail parties.
Happy hours go through the night on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
