Melbourne has one of the most extensive arrays of bike pathways in the city, providing dedicated safe zones for cyclists. Many routes exist in the inner city, from St Kilda Road to Royal Parade and Swanston Road. For a difference, try the off road routes. These take in the Yarra River Trail and Moonee Ponds Creek Trail.
